Guilty!

Trying to grow strawberries here is difficult. Firstly there is the heat with watering required at least once a day, then there are the grasshoppers which eat everything in site and of course all those fungal diseases that attack leaves in this humid atmosphere. But this year I was determined to persevere and planted in a large pot which could be protected near the back door. But strawberries were still disappearing...

It seems that I had still forgotten one thing. ....... Harry.

He loves sweet strawberries.

Caught in the act as I was looking for photography inspiration after getting home late from work today.

Have a wonderful day!

Lol, this brings back memories of a dog we had, she loved tomatoes. Mom could not figure out who was eating her tomatoes and leaving them on the vine, until she saw Mia eating them. Great picture.

oh my - is that the sweetest thing ever. Sweet Harry eating strawberries. Great capture.
We grow strawberries easy enough but have a harder time with tomatoes so a lot of people pot them.

LOL! What a great photo of your little thief! They do look wonderful, so I can't really blame him (LOL)! We had a dog that used to do this, too! I think all dogs have a sweet tooth! Wonder if they would grow if they were in a hanging planter? Good luck and TFS!
